I think, studying with Roy is really beneficial for me. =D Whenever I see him being so hardworking and all, doing revisions and sums, I get really motivated to sit my ass down and actually do questions too. When I'm studying alone, I get restless easily. I get distracted by the smallest of details. I tend to get sleepy easily and take naps. It's quite a severe case of lack of motivation. I don't know. Maybe it's the hardworking aura he projects when he's revising, or maybe it's the questions that he is doing, or maybe it's my lousy choices of questions that bore me to tears.I was studying at i-space with Roy and Alicia, who were doing maths questions. I think I must have been pretty sick of electrochem, as I was more keen on doing the questions they were trying. I managed to learn and refresh concepts which I have not known and long forgotten. =D
I think, if I keep this up, I might more or less actually be prepared for Promos! Haha~
Soon after the school announced that it was closing, the 3 of us went to Bishan to have our dinner. Well, we did not eat at J8 as most might expect, instead, we had our meals at the nearby hawker center. We reasoned that paying $6.50 for food, when you can pay $2.50 and also have a filling dinner, was not quite worth it. Yep. Youngsters nowadays don't actually spend money unnecessarily; they only spend on things that they want. (and the things that they want are usually the unnecessary items. =P)
Tomorrow would be the last day of lessons and such; after that, we'll all be on our own self-study periods. There's alot of work to be done. I know not if it's possible within such a short time, but I have faith in myself. =D Oooh yea, there's this book that I wanna recommand to you guys out there; it's titled 'Life of Pi', by Yann Martel. Check it out, it's worth the effort. I find it quite interesting, even though I'm still reading it. It's fiction, storybook if you may, but by no means bedtime. Anyways, I gotta stop here now. Need to finish up on some stuff for now.
